Students will learn the complete process of skinning, preparing, preserving, mounting, and posing a specimen.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSpecial attention will be given to properly splitting, turning, and positioning rabbit ears. Students will also learn how to create their own forms using traditional taxidermy methods, including body wrapping and foam carving. Using the carcass as a reference, students will construct and shape the body to achieve a natural and lifelike form.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe class will also cover techniques for making and molding custom items for taxidermy projects at home.
